How Payments Go !

All payments should be completed through our system so that we can be assured of the security of the transactions.

Any supplemental rental time is at the discretion of the owner. If a vehicle is returned late without our being advised of this 48h in advance, fees will be charged to your account. Every late day will be charged an additional 25% overcharge of the daily rental fee. It is very important to respect the terms of the rental contract in order to avoid supplemental fees.

Every rented vehicle must have the same level of gas at the return of said vehicle as was available at key exchange. In the case of a lower level of gas upon return of the vehicle, the owner shall fill the tank and provide us with all necessary documents. These fees will then be charged to your account with a 25% overcharge.

It is not necessary to take the rental car through a car wash before returning it ; however, the vehicle must be in the same state as that which it was at the time of the key exchange.
